Recently, Nantong Sanmu Electronics Co., Ltd. announced the launch of its brand-new ultra-thin tactile-feedback membrane switch. Leveraging advanced technology, this innovative product breaks through the physical limitations of conventional pushbuttons, offering a fresh solution for human-machine interaction in electronic devices.


The product features an ultra-thin PET substrate and a precision multi-layer composite construction, achieving an overall thickness of less than 1 mm – significantly saving internal space within devices. It integrates a unified "dome–contact–sensor" structure, with the pressure-sensing module embedded beneath the metal dome, enabling a complete "press–sense–response" cycle. The switch delivers clear tactile feedback upon actuation, with a crisp and rapid return stroke, effectively preventing false operations. Its fully sealed design provides an IP67 protection rating, ensuring excellent resistance to dust, water, and corrosion.
